COVID-19 Status Update

Dear Valued Customer,

As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve we would like to update you on the current status of our New Jersey operations. Cavagna products are classified as “essential” to the support of businesses, people and overall infrastructure. Our products flow through to the medical gases industry for critically needed oxygen service and other key high pressure gases, and to the propane industry supplying valves and regulators for cooking appliances and heating gas.

We are taking all of the necessary steps to protect our people and suppliers and keep distribution supply up and running while maintaining the highest level of customer support. In order to comply with the latest Executive Order from the Governor’s office, we are minimizing on-site staff and have moved key office personnel to working remotely at home. We have arranged “flex-scheduling” for our employees working from home to come into our offices periodically to manage activities that cannot be handled remotely. Key people will be in our offices daily to oversee all departments. In our distribution and production/light assembly departments we are fully staffed.

You may experience some slight delays in communications and processing of orders during this very difficult time, but rest assured we will work tirelessly to support your business and process your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
