Description

The S23 regulator is a direct acting, balanced inlet regulator designed for industrial and distribution applications.
The S23 features an optional integrated slam-shut valve. The SSV is available with over pressure shut off (OPSO) and under pressure shut off (UPSO).
The balanced inlet and large valve body mean the S23 is one of the highest capacity self-operated regulators available today.
Available in low pressure and high pressure versions, you can depend on the S23 to consistently supply your highest capacity industrial customers or improve the reliability of your distribution stations.

Inlet Pressure:

• Base Pressure(BP), Medium Pressure (MP) & Apex Pressure (AP): 87 psig (6 barg)
• Apex Piston Assembly (APA): 290 psig (20 barg)

Outlet Pressure Ranges:

• BP: 6” w.c. to 1.3 psig (15 to 90 mbar)
• MP: 1.3 to 10 psig (90 to 690 mbar)
• AP/APA: 4.65 to 58 psig (0.32 to 4 barg)

Regulating Accuracy Classes:

• BP: AC5 (+/- 5%)
• MP, AP, APA: AC10 (+/-10%)

Working Temperature Range

• -4^oF to 140^oF (-20^oC to 60^oC)
